How It Works
We keep the path to your new home simple, organized into two clear phases.
We help you identify your needs, select or modify a plan, choose your lot, finalize design options, and put your construction and mortgage financing in place.
We begin construction, manage and monitor our trade partners for quality and accuracy, prepare for closing, complete a final walk-through with you, and hand you the keys to your new home.

Red Clover Homes builds custom homes throughout Cache Valley and Northern Utah. Our communities include locations in Logan, Smithfield, Hyde Park, North Logan, Providence, Richmond, and Mendon. We can also build on your own lot in many parts of the region.
The cost of a custom home depends on the floor plan, square footage, finishes, and the lot. Because we start many projects from one of our proven floor plans, we can give you a clear price estimate early in the process so you know your budget before construction begins. If your vision goes beyond our existing plans, our team can design a fully custom home from the ground up.
No. You can build in one of our 12 Cache Valley communities, or we can help you evaluate and select a lot that fits your plan and budget. Many of our clients start the process before they own land.
We work with a preferred lender and a range of loan programs, including VA One-Time Close loans for eligible veterans, FHA One-Time Close loans, conventional loans, and private in-house construction lending.
