We've carefully designed our home plans to cater to the unique needs of the people living in our community by crafting residences that balance efficiency with comfortable living. By creating and following a smart system of standard construction processes and providing you with the best design options, we give you the freedom to personalize your home with what matters most to you while preserving for you the efficiency and cost savings of building a pre-engineered home.

The entire process of working with you to build your new home consists of mainly two phases. PHASE 1 – the Planning Process, and PHASE 2 – the Building Process.

PHASE 1:
- We help you identify your new home needs
- Select, modify or create a new home plan that will meet those needs
- Identify and select your home building lot
- Select design options and identify any further needed house plans changes, if needed
- Plan and put your construction and mortgage financing in place

PHASE 2:
- Begin the constructions of the physical structure
- Manage and monitor trade-partners for quality and accuracy
- Prepare for closing
- Complete a final inspection with you and finish any last items to your satisfaction
- Hand you the keys to your new home
